Cancellation & refund

At Syed Mushtaq Ahmed, we want to make sure you have a great learning experience with our support. We get that sometimes things come up, and you might need to cancel or get your money back for our coaching and mentoring services. Check out our rules below:

Cancellation Rules:

1. Cancellation by You:
   • If you want to cancel your course, tell us in writing at least 2 days before it starts. There’s a 10% fee for cancellations.
2. Cancellation by Syed Mushtaq Ahmed:
   • If we ever have to cancel a course, you get a full refund. We’ll also give you the option to switch to another available course.

Money Back Rules:

1. When You Can Get a Refund:
   • You can get a refund if:
     • You tell us about the cancellation in time.
     • Technical issues stop you from accessing the course, and we can’t fix it quickly.
2. Getting Your Money Back:
   • If we approve your refund, we’ll process it within 2 business days. You’ll get back the course fee minus any cancellation fees.
3. No Refund for Some Things:
   • Some things, like course materials or downloads, can’t be refunded.
